MSM Healthcare Services LLC (MSMHC) is a residential service agency (RSA) that provides home health care services to persons who are sick or disabled in their own homes. We offer skilled nursing and aide services to those who need them the most.
Our agency provides home health care services to clients who may be capable of living independently when provided the needed support services and assistance.
MSM Healthcare Services Offers:
- Aides-only services, including personal care such as bathing, dressing, hair care, nail care, ambulation, and range of motion;
- Skilled nursing and aides which include staff that provides the services of a registered nurse (RN) who is responsible for the intake and follow-up assessment of all clients to determine the individual needs, develop care plans, and to designate the type of aide and other services required.
- Medication management and administration by certified medication technicians based on the prescriber’s orders and appropriate monitoring of the effects of medications and treatments.

Medication Monitoring and Training – RNs perform medication training, administration, and monitoring. They develop easy-to-follow schedules for the client with indications of dosage, side effects, and contradictions. Special considerations are reviewed, and easy to follow handouts are given to each client for their information.
Elder Care – Home health aides provide a wide range of services including assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) and companionship. Services include aid with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, toileting, medication reminders, transfers, and AM and PM watch care.
Supplemental Staffing – RNs, LPNs, CNTs, and CNAs/GNAs are contracted as needed to provide the staffing needed in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, school settings, and other healthcare facilities.
